1General Terms & Conditions

17xxx (operated under the bundles.bet domain) is an online betting and lottery platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other permitted countries. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 17xxx and all its members.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 17xxx, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to do so may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Age & Identity Verification

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. 17xxx strictly prohibits account creation by minors.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• 17xxx may request a copy of your National ID or passport if required. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC verification process is completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 17xxx will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

3Payments & Financial Transactions

17xxx currently supports deposits and withdrawals via all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Every transaction is processed through a secure, encrypted system.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Only mobile banking accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through third parties will be cancelled and subject to investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, the first deposit must be made within 72 hours of bonus activation. Bonus claims from multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method will be voided.

Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements, which are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.

6Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment at 17xxx. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.

• Misuse of the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through artificial betting patterns.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through hacking, manipulation, or exploiting any technical vulnerability.
• Stealing or unauthorized use of another member's account information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other members.

7Responsible Gaming

17xxx believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. We encourage all members to play responsibly and with awareness.

• Each member can set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on their account.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily suspend your account for a specified period.

10Dispute Resolution

3. If necessary, the dispute will be escalated to 17xxx's compliance department.
4. Once all investigations are complete, a final decision will be communicated.

11Policy on Changes to Terms

17xxx reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notification.
